If you are looking for a gentle, easy, yet highly effective exercise, Qigong a perfect answer. It is slow, gentle movement combined with coordinated breathing and mindful intent.

The challenge helps you to create the habit and learn quickly.
It takes 30 days to create a habit, and what a great habit to create! 15 minutes a day has so much benefit rather then 1/2 hour a week. You learn quickly and your flexibility increases exponentially.
The night time class will help you relax. We do a slightly different routine to help you center and prepare your body for a restful sleep.
The longer classes are for those that want a more comprehensive session and to learn more moves and bring the practice deeper as well as a comprehensive warm up.
This is for children, teens, twenty-somethings, adults, seniors, pregnant women, athletes, office workers, meditators, and anyone else interested in being healthy. Anyone can do this and will benefit is ways they may not even expect.

Qigong Challenge is $30. A dollar a day (every day) for 15-20 minutes. Less than a cup of coffee.
Nighttime Challenge is $30. Available Monday-Friday

In October we will be concentrating on the lungs as this is the best time, according to ancient Chinese philosophy. We will be strengthening and clearing our lungs as well as doing an organ cleansing routine.
We are preparing our bodies for a healthy winter!

In this curious time of COVID 19 , we have the opportunity to practice right in the comfort of our own homes, while still gathering as a group. We do all our classes on ZOOM.

THIS MONTH (October ) We are focusing on strengthening and cleansing the lungs.
Q: Do I need any experience to join a class?
A: No, Qigong is easy to learn and there is always some instruction for everyone. Beginner are welcomed and encouraged!
Q: Do I need to wear shoes?
A: No, the only requirement is that you are comfortable.
Q: Can I switch between classes?
A: The short answer is Yes. Although I would be better if you attended the class you sign up for, life happens and if it's convenient for you, jump in wherever you can!
Q: Can I do Qigong if I have an injury or condition?
A: Disclaimer: always ask your doctor!
A: My answer: Yes, Qigong is so gentle that anyone can do it. We simply modify the movements for you to complement the healing in your body. Qigong is never done to the point of pain. It is slow, mindful, and gentle movement to lead your body to health.
