Q: Do I need any experience to join a class?
A: No, Qigong is easy to learn and there is always instruction for everyone. I love beginners!
Q: Do I need to wear shoes?
A: No, the only requirement is that you are comfortable.
Q: Can I switch between classes?
A: As a member, you get to attend a class that works for you. Although it would be great if you attended the class you sign up for, life happens, so jump in wherever you can!
Q: Can I do Qigong if I have an injury or condition?
A1: Disclaimer: Always ask your doctor! We work along side the medical community.
A2: AND Yes, Qigong is so gentle that anyone can do it. We simply modify the movements for you, to complement the healing in your body. Qigong is never done to the point of pain. The movements lead your body to health.
Q: What if I miss a class?
A: Just contact me and I will do my best to help you make it up. There are also video's that you can practice with on your own time.

My wife and I are really enjoying the Qigong sessions led by, Andrea Nardozza. I have been doing the morning sessions for 4 months now. What a great way to start my day!
